In her private practice, Janet provides individual, couples, and group therapeutic services. A significant portion of her private practice focuses on working with women who have extensive trauma backgrounds including low self-worth. To help address the needs of this group of women, Janet created the SHINE model. This model focuses on inspiring women to fall in love with themselves unconditionally by teaching 5 core principles. The SHINE model has been effective on an individual basis and currently the effectiveness is being tested within the framework of group psychotherapy. Janet is passionate about the work she provides to her clients. Janet currently looks forward to inspiring as many women as possible to find their internal self-worth.
